My wife and I stayed at Aspira Residence Ruamrudee in June (for 3 weeks) and again August (for another 3 weeks). Our 1BR was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel is located in a safe residential area, so it is quiet and peaceful. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the nearest train station (BTS) which you can use anytime. You can also walk to the train station, which is about 7 to 10 minutes. My wife and I love to walk, so we walked everyday from the hotel to the city centre and back. The staff are very courteous and friendly; they are honest and will take care of your belongings, so nothing will go missing. There is a laundry with washing machines and dryers which you can use free of charge. There is also a small gym. It was good value for money.

Room is exceptional. A group of 16, we took 3 2-bedroom apartments and 1 1-bedroom apartment, all were spacious. Enough space to walk around, keep all your belongings. Apartment pantry, living area and dining area is appropriate. Adequate facilities available like fridge, cutleries, microwave oven and cooker for minimal cooking and heating. Cleanliness is tiptop! I am really happy with this level. Location is great. Night time is quiet. Hotel shuttle is available to the main street Sukhumvit Road and then walkable/ can take other mode of transportations to major shopping areas. Grab also available to the hotel.

We liked this place, we stayed twice (in June and August 2023). Please read my review from June. Very comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. The staff were pleasant, polite, and honest. There is a decent laundry facility there, if you need to wash any dirty clothes. Located in a safe, and quiet residential area; we had peace of mind when walking to and from the hotel. There is a shuttle to the nearest train station, and you can buy bottled water and other essential items at the reception.

The service was great. Everything was working, there weren’t any disappointments to be honest. Although the facilities are limited, they do provide a smart TV in each room including the living room. The staff are gentle and polite. Shower room was nice. Only bummer was not being able to smoke in the room but you can’t blame them :) AC is amazing but the balcony is absolutely small, not enough space for two people to stand outside.

The room is new, spacious and very well-maintained, suitable for both long term and short term stay. The bed is extremely comfortable which I’m still missing even back home. The water pressure and temperature in shower is perfect which is quite rare in Thailand especially for the similar price point. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
